Position: Assistant Director/ Manager – GUNI Care

Ganpat University invites passionate, socially driven, and result-oriented professionals to join GUNI Care as a CSR Consultant. The role focuses on planning and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), community engagement, fundraising, stakeholder collaboration, and social impact initiatives aligned with the vision and mission of Ganpat University.

The candidate will play a strategic role in strengthening partnerships with industries, alumni, government agencies, NGOs, and communities while enhancing the social outreach ecosystem of the University.

Qualification

• MBA / MSW / Master’s Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Policy, CSR, Management, or related field. 

• Relevant certifications in CSR, NGO Management, Sustainability, Fundraising, Social Impact Assessment, or Community Development will be preferred.

• Experience in educational institutions, NGOs, foundations, or CSR-driven organizations will be preferred. 

• Willingness to travel for outreach, collaborations, and project execution activities. 

1. You shall be responsible for developing and implementing strategic CSR and social outreach initiatives under GUNI Care aligned with the vision and mission of Ganpat University. 

2. You shall be responsible for fundraising and resource mobilization through collaboration with alumni, industries, CSR foundations, government bodies, NGOs, and community stakeholders. 

3. You shall actively engage faculty members, students, staff, alumni, and volunteers to strengthen participation in GUNI Care initiatives and social development programs. 

4. You shall ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, ethical, and governance standards related to CSR and community development activities. 

5. You shall represent GUNI Care and Ganpat University at conferences, CSR forums, donor meetings, conclaves, and public engagement platforms. 

6. You shall identify, design, and implement innovative CSR proposals and collaborative projects with corporate organizations, government agencies, and international institutions. 

7. You shall establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, NGOs, alumni networks, and government agencies to generate long-term collaborations and support. 

8. You shall organize CSR meets, donor engagement programs, awareness campaigns, conclaves, and outreach activities to strengthen the ecosystem of GUNI Care. 

9. You shall monitor and expand ongoing community welfare and outreach activities by increasing stakeholder participation and addressing local community needs. 

10. You shall maintain accurate records, reports, project documentation, impact assessments, and compliance-related data for all GUNI Care operations and initiatives. 

11. You shall coordinate and manage visits of external delegates, donors, partners, and stakeholders associated with GUNI Care initiatives. 

12. Your services may be utilized in any constituent institute/department of the University as per organizational requirements without affecting the terms and conditions of appointment.
