Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager – Admissions
Organization: Ganpat University
Job Purpose
To drive admissions, industry linkages, and regional outreach by executing strategic marketing initiatives, building institutional partnerships, and ensuring effective conversion of prospective students into enrolled candidates while representing the University in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional marketing and mobilization strategies to achieve admission and outreach targets.
- Generate qualified leads through school visits, seminars, events, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure effective handling of inquiries, timely follow-ups, and conversion of leads into admissions.
- Conduct presentations, counselling support, and facilitate campus/industry visits to enhance conversion.
- Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to revenue generation and institutional growth.
- Optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and improve return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
- Plan and execute fortnightly and monthly activity schedules in coordination with reporting authority.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools, industries, NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and develop industry partnerships for admissions, internships, placements, and consultancy opportunities.
- Drive alumni engagement through events, networking initiatives, and regional connects.
- Maintain accurate and updated database of prospective students, parents, and partners in CRM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting discipline, and timely submission of reports to management.
- Develop a thorough understanding of university programs, admission processes, and institutional updates.
- Identify potential student and industry clusters and implement region-specific strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments for admissions, placements, training, and operations.
- Explore innovative approaches to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the University as a professional and credible brand ambassador in all external interactions.
